Job Description:

Required skill : Genetec, Access controls Honeywell EBI.

Expected Total Experience : 4 to 6 Years’ experience

Domain Experience : ITIL, Genetec preferred, Access controls Honeywell EBI preferred. Locker Management system – Traka preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and configure Genetec application for video
  • Troubleshoot and configure Honeywell EBI application for Access Control System and its integration with Traka – Locker Management software
  • Follow ITIL processes such as incident management, change management & problem management
  • Handle L2 issues and troubleshooting as required
  • Support application and database upgrades
