Physical Security Technology Project Manager
Location: ITPL, AMAT office
Shift time: 2nd shift
Max Salary : 20 LPA
Note: Candidate should work from customer office Bangalore once selected. 4 days WFO is mandate.
This role requires a unique combination of physical security, project management, data
and finance analytical skills in physical security systems and technology area.
Project Management
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets and work with finance and procurement teams.
Technical Expertise
• Possess a strong understanding of physical security systems, including access
control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Manage project budgets and work with business, finance and procurement teams.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple management groups (IT and Business)
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of project management with 5+ years' experience in
managing physical security projects and budgets.
• Certifications in Certified Protection Professional, Certified Security Project Manager
are desired. Project Management certification is a must.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g.,
SmartSheet, Jira) with CAD or Bluebeam a plus
• Strong M365 productivity tools skills, analytical skills, and budget management.
• Knowledge of construction and facility management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills.
