Suite 110 San Antonio TX, 78249 3922 Wiseman Blvd., Building 5 San Antonio, TX 78251 Our goal is to provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through the individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.
