Overview:

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is looking for a Full-Time Day shift Physical Therapist Assistant

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.

Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Education:

  • Physical Therapy Assistant Associate Degree

    • Certification:

  • Physical Therapist Assistant License (PTA) – State License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
