Job Description About the Company Tim Soder Physical Therapy is a sports-driven outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving a wide range of patients, from active adults and high-level high school athletes to collegiate, professional, and competitive recreational athletes. We treat the patient, not just the injury , using an individualized approach that blends evidence-based rehabilitation, performance training, and return-to-sport decision-making under one roof. To support optimal recovery and performance, we incorporate advanced interventions including Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, Vald Force Plates/dynamometer testing, Radial Pressure Wave (RPW) therapy, dry needling, and Class IV laser therapy as part of comprehensive, personalized care.
