The Mercer Center for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Care clinic in Macon, GA is searching for a Physical Therapist.Responsibilities:
The role of the Physical Therapist is to evaluate, design, and implement a patient’s plan of care. Each Plan of Care is created to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.
Qualifications:
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program and three years of directly related experience are required. Candidates must also have certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia, as well as current CPR certification and ACLS certification.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Works calmly in a fast-paced healthcare facility.
Works independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
