1. Review cases for appropriate Level of Care and monitor observation stays
2. Educate physicians and committees on utilization and documentation best practices
3. Lead daily huddles, complex case conferences, and peer education
4. Chair the Utilization Management Committee quarterly
5. Manage payer denials, including peer-to-peer reviews
