Ideal Candidate
· Board Certified NP or PA
· Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
· BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire
· Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps a bonus
Practice Highlights
· General, adult-only outpatient clinic on the edge of growth and a reimagining of the Diabetes program
· Flexible scheduling options (36 patient contact hours/week)
· Supportive Physicians & Clinicians / Efficient Operations / Excellent Clinical Staff
· Certified Diabetes Educators and Nutritionists in the clinic
· Robust Diabetes Education Program / Community drop-in services / Group classes
· Epic EHR

· Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
