Physician Assistant – Outpatient Psychiatry | Leadership Role


We’re seeking a seasoned Physician Assistant with a strong outpatient psychiatry background to lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This position combines hands-on patient care with mentorship and program oversight.


Key Duties


  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management




  • Provide ongoing treatment for outpatient patients




  • Lead, coach, and support PAs and NPs




  • Partner with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams




  • Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance


    • Qualifications


  • CA-licensed PA (unrestricted)




  • 5+ years outpatient psychiatry experience (adult, child/adolescent, or both)




  • Leadership experience preferred
