Overview

The Physician Clinic Medical Director reports to the Director of Medical Operations (DMO) and is responsible for delivering high‑quality clinical care, mentoring clinicians, and driving continuous improvement within the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% center‑based patient care, mentoring, and lead by example to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with the DMO to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient experience.
• Work with the Director Team to ensure compliance with clinical workflows and support optimal patient care.
• Mentor and train emerging clinical leaders and new hires to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Understand and communicate center financial drivers to support business and strategic plans.
