- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; dates include Mar 2-5, Mar 30-Apr 2, Apr 6-9, Apr 27-30, May 4-7, May 25-28, Jun 1-4, Jun 22-25, Jun 29-Jul 2, Jul 20-23, Jul 27-30, Aug 24-27, Aug 31-Sep 3, Sep 21-24, Sep 28-Oct 1, Oct 19-22, Oct 26-29, Nov 9-12, Nov 16-19; call once a week and one weekend per month
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the care of existing clinic patients and accept new patient assignments
- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology consultations and follow-ups
- Cover weekly call duties and participate in one weekend of call per month
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care during the assignment
Additional Information
- Must be board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Oregon state medical license required
