Practice Overview Diverse endocrinology practice with emphasis on thyroid biopsies and comprehensive patient management Collaborative team supported by 4 diabetes educators, 1 MA, and 1 LVN per physician Supportive, team-based culture with no administrative burdens Opportunities for academic involvement and professional growth Schedule Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and a half-day Friday 1:7 call rotation, phone/e-consult only, no hospital rounding After-hours impact is minimal, with additional screening and phone support Flexibility to live outside the immediate hospital radius Compensation & Benefits Generous compensation transitioning to a productivity-based RVU model - earn comp in the 90th percentile of MGMA earnings Signing bonus up to $20,000 and quality bonuses up to $10,000 annually Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement match 30 days off, $4,000 CME allowance, relocation support, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
