Position Highlights: Full-Time = 7.5 x 24-hour shifts/month Part-Time Option: Minimum of 5.5 shifts/month (still benefits-eligible) Start ASAP with an active Texas license Annual Delivery Volume: ~1,924 deliveries/year (96 handled by hospitalists) 40% C-section rate 2,296 unscheduled OB/GYN triage visits 1,229 OBED consults/year ‍⚕️ Collaborate with MFM specialists, in-house neonatologists, and NNPs in a Level II NICU Involvement in OB triage, consults, unassigned patient care, ER coverage for GYN emergencies , and C-section assistance Must reside within local Fort Worth area (30-minute radius) What We’re Looking For: Board Certified/Eligible OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency) Active Texas medical license (or in progress) Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred Must be comfortable managing OB emergencies, triage, and deliveries Compensation & Benefits: $135/hour W2 compensation Sign-on bonus potential (discussed at interview) ✈️ Relocation assistance (if applicable) Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with match HSA & FSA options Short- and Long-Term Disability CME allowance Employee Stock Purchase Program Aflac coverage & Identity Protection Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Why Fort Worth, TX?
