Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Physics Faculty to train students preparing for JEE and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong conceptual clarity, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience in the competitive exam coaching sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, exam-oriented Physics lectures covering the complete JEE/NEET syllabus.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, question banks, practice sheets, and test papers.
• Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions and ensure deep conceptual understanding.
• Track and analyze student performance through regular assessments and provide focused feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, content development, and academic improvements.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate students toward achieving strong ranks and academic excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree or higher (M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D.) in Physics or related disciplines.
• 3–4 years of proven teaching experience in Physics for JEE/NEET or equivalent competitive exams.
• Strong command across Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Thermodynamics, Modern Physics, and other core topics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Prior experience with reputed national coaching institutes.
• Ability to simplify complex Physics concepts with engaging and structured explanations.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving student success.
