Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking a Full Time Physiotherapist for our Gracehaven Aged Care Service in Bundaberg. This role is based in Bundaberg, QLD however relocation assistance may be available for the right applicant.
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
Delivering personalised physiotherapy services tailored to each resident's needs, goals, and care plans, in collaboration with nursing and allied health teams.Developing and maintaining comprehensive physiotherapy care plans that reflect assessment findings, treatment goals, and progress, ensuring alignment with best practice and aged care standards.Participating in case conferences and multidisciplinary reviews to ensure holistic, resident-centred care.Leading and supporting manual handling programs, including training staff in safe and effective techniques, and modelling best practice in daily operations.Maintaining physiot...
