Hey future Physio legend

If you’ve graduated or will be graduating soon and looking for a workplace where you’re supported, valued, celebrated, mentored (and occasionally fed snacks) congratulations. You’ve found your people.

Welcome to Ability Action Australia.

Where careers grow.

Where grads thrive.

✔ Turning fresh grads into confident, capable Physiotherapists

Physios love working with us because we balance structure + freedom, support + independence, and professionalism + fun.

Basically, it’s the Physio version of a perfectly programmed rehab plan.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE OUR 2026 GRAD PROGRAM

We’re more “floaties on, snacks provided, water temperature perfect.”

Here’s what you get:

Performance-based incentives (aka treat-yourself bonuses)
