Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Physiotherapist to join the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Transitional Housing Program team at the Oak Care Centre in Vancouver, BC. This innovative program is the first of its kind in BC, providing a healing, client‑driven transitional location for people after acute brain injury and hospitalization. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will care for clients during transitions and support outreach in a trauma‑informed, harm‑reduction and culturally safe environment.
