**About the role**



As a PI System Support Specialist, you will be part of a growing ISG team supporting clients across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in PI System architecture and tools, who enjoys solving real-time data challenges and guiding customers to maximize the value of their PI infrastructure. You’ll help implement a robust support model and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Analyze, propose, and implement solutions to client challenges in real-time data environments.

+ Provide PI System guidelines and best practices to ensure optimal performance.

+ Implement and manage managed services solutions across the customer portfolio.
