Position Overview:

Responsible for constructing and repairing fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts. This role involves using a variety of tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity.

  • Tech I Building and repairing fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and small parts using hand tools and specialty tools like gel-coat spray equipment, grinders, buffers, and drills.Inspecting parts and understanding fiberglass finishes or basic use of abrasives.Handling and applying solvents, paints, pastes, putty, and wax, along with proper disposal.Follow specific job instructions and provide verbal and/or written status of part completion.Recognizing and protecting boat components while performi...
