Job Title: Pick-Up Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet and driver resources operated by Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), as well as source and manage external service providers
• Manage first-mile pickup drivers within assigned regions/ZIP codes, plan and assign daily pickup routes, and ensure timely execution of pickup operations
• Take ownership of first-mile pickup quality, efficiency, and cost control, and respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies
• Build and enhance first-mile pickup capacity through process optimization and resource coordination
• Review and optimize first-mile workflows and operating models to continuously improve efficiency and performance
• Coordinate first-mile–related information internally and externally, maintaining strong relationships with customers, DSPs, and vendors
