Cherry Picker Operator / Packer We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operator / Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our fulfillment process, operating at heights and ensuring every order is accurate and ready for our customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable with heights, has a safety-first mindset, and is an expert at navigating inventory using RF scanning technology. Responsibilities: Order Picking: Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) lift to reach high-bay racking and pull products for outgoing orders. RF Scanning: Utilize an RF gun to scan barcodes, verify inventory accuracy, and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in real-time. Packing & Preparation: Securely pack items into shipping containers, ensuring proper padding and labeling to prevent damage during transit.
