**Job Title:** Picker / Packer
**Location:** Elmsford, NY
**Job Type:** Temporary Full time
**Shift:** 8:30am - 5:00PM
**Pay Rate:** [$20/hour]
**Job Summary:**
Adecco is partnering with a leading tool company to help hire a Picker/Packer to join their warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Pick products from inventory according to order lists
+ Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality
+ Label packages and prepare orders for shipping
+ Inspect products for damage or defects
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
+ Meet productivity and accuracy standards
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience a plus (not required)
