Job Description

Our client, a leading customer communications company is looking for a Picker Packer to work on their Sheffield site base.

As the pick/packer, you will provide an efficient materials management system through the receipting, storing, and despatching of materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and meet customer demands.

Main Duties

  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Take delivery of goods into the warehouse per the company delivery specification and check for missing or damaged items.
  • Accurately book goods into stock using the computerised stock system.
  • Sort and store materials/items onto racking and shelving and accurately record the stock location on the computerised stock system.
  • Pick items from throughout the warehouse and prepare and order’s for despatch.
  • Deliver goods to production promptly.
  • Update computerised stock systems to ensure stock records are accurate.
