• https://www.azdps.gov/services/public-services-center/fingerprint-clearance-card Position Overview We are seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable  Pickleball Instructors  to lead after-school Pickleball programs for students in grades 2–5.


• Instructors will introduce the fundamentals of Pickleball, promote physical activity, reinforce sportsmanship, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Candidates should have experience in Pickleball, youth coaching, or physical education and be comfortable managing small groups of elementary-age students.

• Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games.
• Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities.
• Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
• Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.
• Qualifications Experience playing or coaching Pickleball, tennis, or similar racquet sports.
• Prior experience working with elementary-age children preferred.
• Strong classroom or group management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
• Must hold an  Arizona DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card .
• Schedule & Compensation Part-time, session-based program.
• Compensation discussed during the hiring process.
