Summary This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Community Programs (N922) Branch; Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Recreational Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services (N94); Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Honolulu, HI. The purpose of this position is to complete simple, routine orders and assist higher graded framers with more complex orders at the Hickam Arts & Crafts Center. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Assist in completing picture frame orders. Under the guidance of experienced picture framers, select materials, cuts stock and assembles frames, cuts glass, mat boards and completes the frame package. 2. Answers routine questions from customers and may make suggestions.
