Pilot in Command

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct and supervise all phases of flight, including planning, briefing, execution, and post-flight reporting.
2. Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of aircraft systems and performance.
3. Assist in the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, training programs, and safety initiatives.
4. Represent the company during audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions, as and when required.
5. Liaise effectively with Air Traffic Control (ATC), ground handling agencies, fuel providers, and flight dispatch to ensure seamless flight operations.
6. Maintain the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism while operating VIP and corporate flights.
7. Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to operate in dynamic and demanding schedules.

Required Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2,000 hours of Jet experience as Pilot in Command .
• Valid ATPL with no medical limitations .
• No record of accidents or incidents in the last three (3) years .
• ICAO English Language Proficiency – Level 4 or above .

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations , international operating procedures, and business aviation protocols.
• Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates around 40 years of age will be preferred.
