Pilot in Command

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise all phases of flight, including planning, briefing, execution, and post-flight reporting.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of aircraft systems and performance.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, training programs, and safety initiatives.
• Represent the company during audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions, as and when required.
• Liaise effectively with Air Traffic Control (ATC), ground handling agencies, fuel providers, and flight dispatch to ensure seamless flight operations.
• Maintain the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism while operating VIP and corporate flights.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to operate in dynamic and demanding schedules.

Required Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2,000 hours of Jet experience as Pilot in Command .
• Valid ATPL with no medical limitations .
• No record of accidents or incidents in the last three (3) years .
• ICAO English Language Proficiency – Level 4 or above .

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations , international operating procedures, and business aviation protocols.
• Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates around 40 years of age will be preferred.
