Job Description: Job Tittle: Pilot Plant Operator Location: Ridgefield, CT Duration: 12 Months Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) Position Overview The Pilot Plant Operator will support manufacturing campaigns under the guidance of BI technicians. This role involves assisting with process and equipment challenges, ensuring compliance with GMP procedures, and maintaining safety as the highest priority. Key Responsibilities Assist BI Lead Technician in pilot plant campaigns. Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve process and equipment issues. Communicate batch status updates with chemists and analytical teams. Complete all required training by assigned deadlines. Participate in team meetings (9:00 AM and 2:00 PM). Develop proficiency in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations. Attend PSOR meetings and actively contribute input. Follow all procedures, including proper use of PPE.
