Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication related to demo trials and share updates and reports through email and other channels.
  • Develop comprehensive overviews of demo trials, including objectives, methodologies, timelines, and expected outcomes.  
  • Verify and validate experimental results from demo trials, ensuring accuracy and relevance to project goals.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize system performance during and after trials.
  • Review data generated during demos, interpret key findings, and provide actionable insights to the R&D and engineering teams.
  • Identify client problem statements and design clear, practical plans of action to address challenges observed during demos. •
  • Draft and propose innovative solutions based on demo learnings, aligning with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Lead technician training initiatives to ensure the field team is equipped with the necessary skills for demo operations and data logging.
  • Review and verify Trial Feedback Reports (TFRs) for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of additional demo team members as needed to meet project and site demands.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and R&D teams to integrate lessons learned from demos into system enhancements
