Job Description Job Description Pipe Insulator / Mechanical Insulation Worker Pipe Insulator with experience in insulation of hot water, steam, and cold-water piping on food processing plants. Specialized in the installation of PVC and aluminum linings over existing fiberglass insulation , guaranteeing thermal protection, condensation control, and complying with sanitary and industrial standards . Experience in using manual and power tools, as well as in handling of materials such as aluminum sheets, PVC, and other protective covering. Technical Requirements Proven experience in insulation of piping of: Hot Water Steam (steam lines) Cold Water (condensation control) Knowledge of installation of: PVC linings (PVC Jacketing) Aluminum linings (Aluminum Cladding) Protective coverings in sanitary environments Basic insulation previously installed: Fiberglass insulation Ability to: Measure, cut, and assemble linings with precision Weld joints, elbows, tees, and valves Interpret basic bluepri...
