Pipe Layer- Southern Division

Aerotek's' client is looking for a Pipe Layer to join their team in the Waldorf, MD area

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing gravity sewer, storm drain, and water lines. Experience with ground water work is preferred and the ability to shoot grade is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pipe and rotary lasers.
• Install gravity sewer, storm drain, and water line systems.
• Work with ground water installations as needed.
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans for utility projects.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pipe laying.
• Proficiency in using blueprints and understanding wet utility, underground utilities, and utility construction.
• Skilled in operating excavators and other heavy equipment.
