Now Hiring: Pipe Shop Foremen – Day & Night Shift | Metro Denver


A leading manufacturer supporting the energy sector has secured a major AI data center construction contract and is scaling rapidly. We’re seeking two experienced Pipe Shop Foremen—one for day shift, one for night shift—to lead production teams in a fast-paced, high-output pipe fabrication environment.


What You’ll Do:


  • Supervise and coordinate skilled trades in a modern fabrication shop




  • Maintain safety, quality, and production standards




  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders




  • Adjust work sequences and direct shop floor activity




  • Support a culture of performance, training, and accountability


    • What We’re Looking For:


  • 5+ years of fabrication or industrial welding experience (spool welding, Mig, Tig, FCAW (flux core arc welding))




  • Prior leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting




  • Strong blueprint reading and scheduling skills




  • High-volume or mass production welding background preferred




  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
