My team is recruitingUtility Superintendentsfor leadingsitework and heavy highway contractorswith projects inRaleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Wilmington.

Pay range: $125-155K base salary(depending on experience), plus benefits & truck w/ gas card

NO travel required - all work local to cities listed above.

Ideal candidates have experience managing 3-5 self-perform utility crews, on turn-key heavy civil sitework projects in these markets:

  • Commercial/ Industrial building pads
  • Residential Developments (100+ acres)
  • Heavy Highway (new road construction, or NCDOT widening/improvements jobs)

    • Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of all field operations, management and direction of foreman and all field employees.
  • Manage 5+ utility crews, either on 2-3 different projects at once - or 1 large project
