Pipe Support Engineer

Major Responsibilities: Lead or administer work of PD&P designers and drafters, including preparation of layouts, study drawings, detailed 2D and 3D CAD models, and construction drawings Develop designs for complete and complex 3D model equipment layouts and pipe designs with minimal supervision Prepare or assist with material requisitions and bid evaluations Monitor and check work for compliance with approved PD&P design standards Participate in constructability reviews Prepare design and drafting procedures to standardize design effort Coordinate or make jobsite visits as required to resolve issues and interpret drawings Review PD&P design scope changes for project management Prepare progress reports as required Ensure PD&P system designs comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s degree in engineering ...
