Pipeline & Production Systems Coordinator

Overview


We are a growing digital art department creating virtual environments and immersive experiences, working in close collaboration with our audio team. As we scale rapidly, we are seeking a Pipeline & Production Systems Coordinator to help capture, organize, and formalize our workflows, tools, and production practices.


This role focuses on documenting existing processes, facilitating alignment between teams, and supporting the adoption of production systems (including Shotgrid) to improve clarity, onboarding, and delivery as the department grows.


This is a collaborative, non-managerial role with influence grounded in clear documentation and direct support from departmental leadership.



Reporting
This role reports jointly to the Creative Director of Art and the Head Engineer of Audio.
