Role Overview

The Field Engineer supports a program for Ericsson sites, performing installation, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network equipment across macro, small cell, IDAS, ODAS, and 5G deployments. This role includes executing milestone integration tasks, backhaul upgrades, SiteBoss installations, and ensuring compliance with program standards for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Installation & CommissioningInstall Ericsson RAN equipment (Baseband, RRUs, AIR units) and SiteBoss controllers.Perform backhaul upgrades (fiber, microwave, Ethernet) to support LTE and 5G proper cabling, grounding, and environmental compliance.
