Pipeline Supervisor

A leading energy and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Supervisor to support the delivery of pipeline and trenching works across Queensland.

This role suits a hands-on supervisor with strong trenching, excavation, and civil construction experience, capable of leading crews safely and productively in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline trenching and installation activities
• Coordinate daily site operations, crews, plant, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work activities
• Complete daily reporting and progress updates
• Liaise with project engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders
