Piper (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a skilled Piping Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will assemble and install pipes, tubes, and fittings in units while pressure checking systems efficiently and effectively.

• Read a tape measure to 1/8th inch accurately.
• Follow verbal instructions precisely.
• Utilize hand tools effectively.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using a Hydraulic Pipe Bender.
• Assemble and install various metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings, including iron, steel, copper, and plastic.
• Connect pipes using threaded, soldered, brazed, fused, or cemented joints.
• Increase pressure in pipe systems and observe connected pressure gauge to test systems for leaks.
• Use acetylene and oxygen torch sets proficiently.
