Job Title: Piping Designer / Piping Modeller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Piping Designer / Piping Modeller with 10–12 years of experience in piping design and modelling, specifically for skidpackages, structural frameworks, and static equipment. The ideal candidatewill havehands-on expertise in producing detailed 3D models, isometric drawings, andlayout

plans in line with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, model, and detail piping systems for skid-mounted packages, structures, and static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. Collaborate with engineers and other design teams to ensure that pipingsystems integrate seamlessly with other components of static equipment. Ensure compliance with design codes, standards, and safety regulations(e.g., ASME, API, ASME B31.3, etc.). Produce Piping Isometrics, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, anddetailedlayout drawings for Piping, Structure & Static Equipment layout for installation. Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) lists and assist in procurement activitiesfor

materials and components. Review and analyse Client / vendor documents and specifications toensurethe in line with requirements.

Provide support during fabrication and construction phases, includingredlining and as-built documentation. Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues during the modellingphase. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or arelated field. 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in modelling & Detailing, specificallyfor

skid packages. Proficient in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cardworx, PDS, PDMS, or Plant 3D). Strong understanding of piping design codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASME B31.3, etc.). Experience in creating piping layouts, Piping isometrics, and GAdrawings. Knowledge of materials and components related to piping systems for Skidpackages & static equipment’s. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Cad Worx, Plant 3D, PDMS, SP3D, or E3D. Sound knowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, supports, and relevant

standards (ASME, API, etc.).

Experience working with 3D modelling, GA drawings, isometrics, andpipesupports. Familiarity with static equipment design principles and layout optimization. Strong understanding of safety, maintainability, and accessibility requirementsin design. Good communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
