Job Description

  • Piping Layouts for Process Plants, Power Plants, Chemical, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical Plants, Basic and detailed engineering.
  • Piping Layouts, Isometrics preparation and review & Isometrics
  • Preparation and review of Piping Specifications.
  • Piping Stress Analysis and other calculations. 
  • Good knowledge to review the Piping ISO metric drawings and Piping Bill of Material.
  • Should have experience in pipe support design & its detail drawing review
  • Generation / review of Valves Specification and Piping design table.
  • Having knowledge and understanding of Mechanical Codes & Standards related piping
  • Knowledge on 2D& 3D software (such as Auto CAD 2D, Plant 3D, E3D etc..)
  • Working experience on CAESER-II and knowledge of ASME / API code for piping shall be added advantages.
  • Shall have good understanding of complex plant layouts, equipment disposition, Piping and Utilities Systems
  • Shall have experience and skills of plant detailed engineering 
  • Knowledge of codes and standards like ASME, HTRI, API, OISD, IBR, IS, ISO etc.
  • Equipment loading, handling, stress analysis, foundation loads, modularization concepts for equipment and piping skids
  • Shall have instrumentation and electrical interface of mechanical systems
  • Middle east experience is required.
