  • Guaranteeing site operations and maintenance tasks are performed on-time and with the highest of quality.
  • Managing subcontractors and control all working permits/authorizations are in place.
  • Daily management and progressing of site activities in cooperation with internal and external resources ensuring time schedule from site establishment to project completion.
  • Maintaining accurate assessment of site performance and proactively take action as required.
  • Responsible for implementing HSE rules on-site and maintaining quality control procedures.
  • Achieving site requirements including cost, schedule and performance.
  • Managing resources including parts, tooling and manpower.
  • Interface Management between design Subcontractor and Client.
