Piping Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Execution

• Supervise piping repair, modification, and replacement works on jack-up rigs (process, utility, hydraulic, fuel, mud, seawater, and ballast systems).
• Interpret P&IDs, piping layouts, isometrics, spool drawings, and class requirements.
• Plan work sequences for hot work, cold work, tie-ins, and onboard piping repairs.
• Coordinate fabrication yard and onboard installation activities.

Project & Coordination

• Coordinate with Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, Painting, and Commissioning teams.
• Liaise with Client, Class (ABS/DNV/LR), and third-party inspectors.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment deployment.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues and clashes.

Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, WPS, PQR, and project specifications.
