We are looking for a Pitch Deck & Proposal Designer (Freelance) to join our Marketing / Sales Enablement team. In this role, you’ll turn raw content into polished, persuasive pitch decks and proposal-ready collateral that communicates our value clearly to founders and decision-makers.

• Design pitch decks and sales decks (typically 5–15 slides;
  occasionally longer)
• Design proposal-ready collateral, such as capabilities decks, service decks, and case study sheets
• Convert rough inputs (notes, docs, outlines) into clear, executive-friendly slides and layouts
• Create reusable slide systems: masters, layouts, components, and a consistent visual library
• Visualize complex information using charts, diagrams, and structured storytelling
• Maintain high brand consistency across all sales and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to iterate quickly based on feedback
  

• Proven experience designing pitch decks, proposals, and B2B sales collateral (SaaS/tech/agency preferred)
• 3+ years of design experience (or equivalent portfolio strength)
• Strong information design skills: hierarchy, narrative flow, clarity, and readability
• Proficiency in Figma and/or PowerPoint / Google Slides (share your preferred workflow)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience building deck template libraries and component systems
