Responsibilities:

• Create the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) element framework and analyze its monthly results to enable cost allocation across each of the company's business lines, identifying variances.
• Monitor program execution in order to analyze costs incurred to date and forecasts through contract completion – Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Participate in the preparation and closing of reports that are part of the Financial Reports, supporting monitoring and control by Senior Management.
• Track actual expenses and hourly rates compared to budgeted figures, identifying variances.
• Analyze Work in Process (WIP) data on a monthly basis and compare it with the annual operating plan targets.
