Role Overview

The Placement Coordinator will support the Placement Office in managing data, coordinating sessions, and ensuring smooth execution of placement and internship activities. The role requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management

  • Maintain and update student and company databases using Excel.

  • Manage detailed trackers on applications, hiring stages, and outcomes.

  • Prepare periodic reports and summaries for the Placement Manager.

2. Session & Logistics Coordination

  • Organize logistics for placement drives, company visits, interviews, assessments, and talks.
