NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society founded by the promoters of NIIT in 2004 with a mission to positively impact the underprivileged through educational initiatives and employability skill development programs. NF runs skill development centers in urban and rural areas offering placement support, digital and financial literacy programs, and Hole-in-the-Wall Learning Stations to bridge the digital divide. They collaborate with corporates on grassroots initiatives, customized CSR solutions, educational programs, and community empowerment, reaching beneficiaries aged 6 to 60 years.
Location: Pune
Role: Placement Coordinator
CTC: Up to ₹5.3 LPA (based on experience)
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Manage placement activities for engineering students across programs
Build and strengthen relationships with IT companies & recruiters
Coordinate campus placements, interviews & hiring drives
Support students with placement coordination and employer interaction
Maintain placement data, reports, and follow-ups
Eligibility & Skills:
✔ Proven experience in placing engineering students
✔ Strong network with IT companies & recruitment partners
✔ Excellent communication, coordination & stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience working with training/education foundations is a plus
