Placement Director, Construction (Sydney or Melbourne)
Are you interested in becoming a key member of a high‑performing construction placement team, working on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure and built‑environment projects? This role will see you partnering with a diverse portfolio of clients – including leading Contractors, asset‑owning Principals and Government entities – to design and deliver market‑leading risk transfer solutions.
The Opportunity
As Placement Director, Construction, you will operate from within Aon’s Construction Industry Practice Group (IPG) and you will be reporting to the Placement Leader for the Construction IPG. You will be a senior placement broker and technical resource for our largest construction clients, shaping placement strategy across the Australian market and through our Global Broking Centres in London and Singapore.
