Placement Manager – Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This hybrid role will be based in the Philippines and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) of benefits to be used for Request for Proposals (RFP) for new and existing clients
  • Secure and compare submission of bids by the insurers and HMO providers
  • Handle the negotiation with the insurers and medical providers on behalf of clients
  • Possess technical insurance knowledge on life insurance products
  • Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to provide tailored solutions
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to enhance client service
  • Prepare proposal components for Client Relationship Managers (CRM) and Sales Professionals (SP) for both exist...
