Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee for a Placement Officer. Responsibilities include establishing and managing relationships with potential recruiters to facilitate campus placements, organizing training programs and career counseling sessions to support student development, and ensuring a seamless placement process. The Placement Officer will also coordinate with academic departments to align students' career aspirations with industry opportunities and provide personalized assistance to students for career development.
Qualifications
Proficient skills in Campus Placement and Recruitment Coordination.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities for networking with recruiters and guiding students effectively.
Experience in Career Counseling and providing personalized advice to help students achieve their professional goals.
Expertise in Planning and Conducting Training sessions to enhance students' job-readiness and employability skills.
Background in Education and familiarity with university-level academic and placement environments.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or professional certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Prior experience in a similar role or in the education sector is a plus.
