Job Description

Key Role : Maintaining the database and should be well versed in Microsoft suites
Job Responsibilities:
To maintain database of students and as well as recruiters
To maintain all the training related documents
Documenting day to day activities on regular basis
Keeping track of all calendars of both Training and Placement
To correspond to prospective companies and invite for Campus Interview.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and industry partners.
To take care of HR panels & logistics.
To assist students from Interview to on boarding, complete Recruitment Cycle.
Should add new companies for MOU’s.
Should organize seminars and pep talks by inviting Industry Veterans.
Should be open to travel for meeting new interested Companies HR and CEO’s and getting new leads
